Lexington Home Loans

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated November 2, 2026

Text messaging, in short: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold or rented to any third party, affiliate or lead generator. See our Text Messaging Terms.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexington Mortgage Corporation, doing business as Lexington Home Loans ("Lexington," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through the pages at portal.lexingtonhl.com, our secure client portal, our text message program, and our calls and e-mails with you.

If you apply for or obtain a mortgage loan from us, our separate federal privacy notice, "Important Information About Your Privacy," given to you under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, also applies. For nonpublic personal information about your loan, that notice controls where it differs from this policy. California residents: we do not share nonpublic personal information with companies outside our corporate family for their own marketing without your prior written consent, as the California Financial Information Privacy Act requires.

How we use it

Text messages and mobile information

We use your mobile number only to send the text messages you agreed to receive, as described in our Text Messaging Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold or rented to any third party, affiliate or lead generator. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The only companies that handle your mobile number for our texts are the service providers that deliver the messages for us. They may use it only to deliver our messages and may not use it for any other purpose.

How we share it

We share personal information only as needed to serve you and as the law allows:

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. In the past 12 months we have disclosed the categories in the table above only to the kinds of service providers and parties listed here, for the purposes in "How we use it."

Security checks, cookies and tracking

The pages at portal.lexingtonhl.com do not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, session-recording tools or chat tools.

To protect our sign-up form from automated abuse, it uses a security check from our network security provider. The check reads technical information such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics only to tell people apart from automated programs. It is not used for advertising or analytics. Our signed-in client portal uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in securely.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other websites over time, so our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information linked to that browser; since we do not sell or share it, no further step is needed.

Calls, recordings and automated messages

Calls with us may be recorded and monitored for quality, for compliance, and to document your consent. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of the call, before recording begins.

Some of our messages are prepared or sent automatically by our systems. You can always reach a licensed member of our team at (855) 585-8800.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

To make a request, call (855) 585-8800 or e-mail Info@LexingtonHL.net. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect you, we verify your identity by matching information you give us against our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission, and we may confirm it with you directly.

Some information is governed by federal and California financial privacy laws instead of these rights, including information about your loan. In those cases, we will tell you which law applies and how we handle your request.

Job applicants and employees. If you apply to work with us or work for us, we give you a separate notice at the time we collect your information, and you may use these same rights by contacting us.

How long we keep it

How we protect it

We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, as federal law requires of mortgage companies, including encryption, access controls, sign-in codes for our staff, and oversight of our service providers. No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will notify you by text or e-mail before it takes effect.
